Our Christmas Tree

We Got our tree, it was so easy, we pulled in, walked over saw the tree and said that is the tree, Kevin and I said it about the same time, I was hoping for more of a hunt, but we both loved the tree right when we saw it. I told Kev we should go walk around a bit to see if we are sure. We saw a few more but the first one was still the best one. Kanyon liked the snow falling down in her face and she even sat down to see touch it. She didn't cry at all, I thought she would because it was cold, but no she liked it. While Kev was putting the tree on the car, we sat on the front seat, Kanyon took over the steering wheel and just was smiling from head to toe, it's like she already new what to do. I had a flash forward of her life, and I saw her getting into her own car in 15 years from now. Man it was kinda sad to think she wont be my little girl forever. She is growing up so fast it's crazy.

So anyways we came home and got the tree all done, I am not to sure I like it the way it is now, I think I need to do some more things to it. Kevin likes it, I think it's to plain. I hope to get some more things this week and add to the tree. You may see a new pic when it's the way I want it. I want to have a perfect tree and I wont stop till it's there.

I do however like how we decorated our house, we don't have much decoration but I can always fix that when I go to Kohls this week, I may end up buying more things for our home. I love that the season is here and everywhere you look the houses are getting lit up.

My Boots

So I have always wanted a cute pair of boots, I have looked everywhere, and I found some that I like and look good in, I am very happy with them. I got a whole new outfit for the winter season. New pants, shirt and a belt. I got them at my favorite store, KOHL'S. I love KOHL'S, I always find good deals there, and they have way cute baby clothes for cheap. I go there like once a week, I need to stop. Kevin says I have a problem, I say I am saving us money on the things we need. Anyway I do love that store and I will continue to shop there.

Kanyon is 15 months

Kanyon Is 15 months, and the time has flown by. Kanyon is a great girl who can do lots of things, she is so smart for her age, she knows how to listen and she can tell us what she wants, like if she wants food, water, sleep, Binky, and even Boone. She can even eat with a fork and spoon now. I look back and I think of the time when she was just a little baby and needed me all the time, now she can do lots of things by her self, she is getting so big. Kevin and I are so blessed to have a great joy in our lives. We would not change a think about our little Kanyon Matti.

Merry Christmas!!

Christmas time! I can't wait. Kevin and I are not doing much for CHRISTMAS this year, which I am happy about. I love the holidays so much. I am happy that Kevin and I have a nice home and a daughter which we love so much. Kanyon is getting so big and I am so excited to see her face when we set up the tree and lights and all the fun stuff. I am not so excited to have her getting into the tree all day long, that part might not be so fun. I guess we will have to just wait and see what happens. CHRISTMAS has always been my favorite day. I am still like a kid, I can't sleep all night and I get up so early on CHRISTMAS day and I just love that day so much. This year will be even better because of Kanyon and it's her first real CHRISTMAS. I can't wait to enjoy all the Holiday parties and great food. I hope to gain lots of weight this season.

CHRISTMAS is not only the time for gifts it's more then that, it's about thinking of Christ. I know I think more about the savior this time of year then any other time, I think of all the great gifts the savior gave us, and the great things he has done. I am so grateful for this wonderful church I go to and the wonderful things we believe. I know I will keep Christ in my heart this season and all year too. I hope everyone can just remember Christ this year and the great things he has done for us.

In N Out

We went to the new In N Out in Orem.

We were thinking the line the was going to be so long, but it was not so bad.

I was so happy Megan lived close, Megan and I had been planning this day for like over 2 months. So when the day came we were both so excited.

This is our food! Trust me not all was for me, I had to take some back to Ogden for Kevin and his friends. It was still good when I got back.

Oh Meg is just so cute, she loved her Milk Shake, I do have to say they are so good.

Kanyon always wanted to eat Megs food. She didn't want mine, but she would have Megs over anyone else.
